On July 17, 2026, our servers experienced a severe DDoS attack. While we were able to protect our core payment processing data, a breach did occur that compromised specific internal databases and user information.

In addition to the user data, a portion of our proprietary source code was compromised during the incident. As a result, a complete reconstruction of our core web infrastructure is currently underway to ensure a highly secure foundation moving forward. Furthermore, this attack caused a severe disruption to our order system, resulting in a massive delay in current order deliveries.
We are currently working alongside law enforcement and our infrastructure partners to investigate and resolve this incident.

Due to the severity of this attack, we are cutting our current operations short to focus on a strategic business transition. Operations will formally resume in May 2027.
During this downtime, we will be gracefully concluding Star Services LLC, finalizing all compliance requirements, and launching our new, fully secured entity: Nexus Star Enterprises LLC.
While our main web operations are suspended, subscriptions for Netflix, YouTube, Apple Music, and Twitch will remain available for purchase exclusively through our Discord community.
